Investing in Real Estate -  read student testimonials

Learn how to do it the right way, listening to local real estate investors that are successful and have a proven verifiable track record with college properties, twinplexes, commercial property and inner city properties. This basic course will show you how to identify opportunities in purchasing rental property in areas that can be profitable. A workbook will be provided filled with useful tools to enable you to invest in real estate. You will learn the benefits and the dangers of real estate investing.

Home Inspection Institute -  read student testimonials
The Home Inspection Institute in Cincinnati has trained over 3,500 home inspectors nationwide. In just 40 hours, get the knowledge and skills necessary to open your own home inspection business. Tony Brueneman returns to Stark State to guide you through tools, techniques, ethics, necessary information about residential construction and mechanical systems, report writing, legal liability and contracts, marketing and business start-ups, and much more. You will participate in three on-site home inspections. Text, materials and a certificate from the Home Inspection Institute are included in the course fee.

The following four courses are required to take the Ohio real estate license exam. It is recommended that Principles and Practice of Real Estate be taken first.

     closing transactions
     licensing and zoning laws in Ohio
