Description: Full-time position. Responsibilities include development of tactical and strategic reports and analysis of data utilizing state-of-the-art reporting tools from an Oracle based operational data store and enterprise data warehouse. Works with functional areas to define reporting requirements; recommends approaches and develops reports, trend analysis, projections and dashboards. Works with functional areas to define requirements for automated workflow processing and design and development of workflow procedures and programs utilizing a graphical workflow creation tool.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science with experience in tactical and strategic report design and development, preferably in an Oracle environment. Experience in developing trend based reports, projections and dashboards integrated into a portal environment. Demonstrated experience using SQL Server and/or Oracle, report development software such as Crystal Reports, Argos, Oracle Discoverer or Cognos and developing in a data warehouse environment. Experience in workflow development a plus. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a desire for excellence, demonstrated project experience and the ability to convert ideas and concepts into reality.
