Complete the College admission process

Minimum GPA 3.0 for college (based upon at least 12 hours credit) or high school
(if within last five years)

Minimum “C” in BIO101 Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology
(or high school biology in last five years)

Minimum “C” in MTH101 Introduction to Algebra (or high school algebra in last five years)
50 volunteer hours in physical therapy
(at least 25 hours inpatient, 25 hours in a second setting)

Submission of the rolling admissions application to Registration
