In this workshop you’ll learn flowing, floorbased Breema bodywork sequences and revitalizing Self-Breema exercises to help you bring mind and body together. We’ll work with Breema’s nine principles of harmony and explore ways we can benefit from these in any moment of life. Your workshop will offer an opportunity to immerse yourself in an accepting, health-enhancing and deeply rejuvenating atmosphere that can transform your relationship to your body and to your life. You’ll

  • learn a series of Breema bodywork sequences which relax and energize the whole body.
  • practice Self-Breema movement sequences.
  • experience the harmonizing effects of the nine Breema principles, including working with your own body’s comfort, non-judgment, firmness and gentleness, mutual support, full participation and single moment/single activity.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing covering midriff and legs, and don’t forget your socks. You should be comfortable working on the floor. To learn more about Breema, visit www.breemajoy.com.
