Click on conditional
formatting, when dialog box appears, if necessary, click the
leftmost text box arrow and then click ok. (Figure 1)

In the middle text
box put desired information, EX: less than, between, greater than
equal to
(Figure 2)
In the rightmost box
type the value. EX: if less than was chosen and you were looking for
all values less than 25.00, this number would be placed in that box.

Click the Format button
Excel displays the format
cells dialog box, click the patterns tab and then click color choice desired
for the highlighting
Click on the font tab and
select color box arrow.
Click desired color for the
font. This color should be a different color then the highlighted color in
step 7.
