How to
Display the Formulas in a Worksheet
and Scale for Printing - Excel 2007 |

Press CTRL and ~ (found to the left
of the "1" key and below the "Esc" key) - The formulas will appear on the
worksheet (Figure 1).

Click Office Button on the menu
bar and then Print and select Print Preview (Figure 2).

Click on Page Setup (Figure 3)
and then Click on the Page tab.
Under Scaling click the Fit to:
radio button. Select the number of pages. Click OK button. Click the Print
button (Figure 4).
