How Do I Recover My Banner Self Service PIN?

In the event that you forget your PIN to log in to Banner Self Service, you may recover your PIN by following the instructions below.

At the login screen enter your StudentID in the User ID box and click on the Forgot PIN? button (Figure 1).

In the Answer box, type the answer to your security question and click the Submit Answer button (Figure 2).

Note: The question that displays is the question that you submitted when you logged into Banner Self Service for the first time. The answer you submit must match the answer you created for your security question.

After successfully answering your security question, a screen will display prompting you to reset your PIN. Type in a new PIN in the New PIN box and then re-enter the PIN in the Re-enter new PIN box. Click on the Reset PIN button (Figure 3).

After resetting your PIN the Main Menu will appear (Figure 4).
