How to Copy and Paste in Word 2003 |

There are three ways to copy and
paste in Word 2003:
FIRST WAY:
- Select/highlight what you
want to copy (text or graphics)
- Click on Edit, Copy on the menu bar
- Place the cursor where you
would like to insert copy
- Click on Edit, Paste on the Menu bar
SECOND WAY:
- Highlight what you want to
copy (text or graphics)
- Click on the Copy button on the standard toolbar
- Click in area you want to
copy placed
- Click the Paste button in the standard toolbar
THIRD WAY:
- Highlight/Select what you
want to copy (text or graphics)
- Right-click the mouse button
- From the pop-up menu, select Copy
- From the pop-up menu, select Paste
- You can then reposition the
copied item to your liking
