FIRST WAY:

Highlight desired text Click the Insert, Hyperlink on the menu bar In the left column, Link to:, select where the link should go Use either the Address: or Look in: box to find/locate the file Click OK button Automatically returns you to the document you were working on (text color has changed) Dialog box may display as you place the cursor over you newly created like – follow the instruction per the dialog box		Figure 1
NOTE: To remove the link but keep the text — right-click and choose Remove Hyperlink from the pop-up menu

SECOND WAY:

1. Right-click desired text
2. Left click Hyperlink in the poop-up menu
3. Follow the instructions beginning with step #4 in "FIRST WAY" (above)

THIRD WAY:

1. Highlight desired text
2. Click Insert Hyperlink button on standard toolbar (Figure 2)
3. Follow the steps in "FIRST WAY" (above), beginning with step #4
