1. Click Format, Paragraph on the menu bar
    
2. In the Paragraph dialog box chose one of two tabs:
   1. Indents and Spacing
   2. Line and Page Breaks
       
3. Make your selection under Indents and Spacing by using the drop down arrow boxes in the appropriate section
    
4. Click OK button

Note: Under the Line and Page Breaks tab make your selection or deselect by clicking the box beside the appropriate text description (Figure 2)
