How to use Office Clipboard - Word 2007 |

The Microsoft Office Clipboard is
located under the Home tab on the left hand side of the toolbar. To use the
Clipboard, highlight the item(s) that you would like to have posted to the
Clipboard and then you can either select the Copy button that is located on the
toolbar, or you can right click over the highlighted item(s) and select Copy.
Your selected item(s) will then
be placed on the Clipboard.
To view the Clipboard if it does not
display after you have selected Copy, select the arrow that is located to the
right of the word Clipboard on the toolbar. The Clipboard will appear on the
left hand side of the document.
The item(s) will remain on the
Clipboard until you manually clear the Clipboard. Note: You can place up to 24
items on the Clipboard. To
insert the item(s) that you have copied onto the Clipboard, place your cursor
over the area where you would like to insert the item(s) and you can either
select the Paste button that is located on the toolbar or you can right click
and select the Paste.
