Select (highlight) the text or graphics that you would like to copy.

Ensure that the Home tab is selected, and then select the Copy button that is located on the far left hand side of the toolbar (Figure 1), or you can place your cursor over the selected (highlighted) text or graphics, right click and then select copy (Figure 2).

The next step is to place the cursor over where you would like to insert the copy. You can then either select the Paste button that is located on the far left hand side of the toolbar (Figure 3) or you can right click and select Paste (Figure 4).
