To use the Find and
Replace text box window, ensure that the Home tab is selected and click the Find
icon on the right hand side of the menu bar (Figure 1).

Once you have click
the Find button, the Rind and Replace window will display (Figure 2).

If you would like to
find a word and not replace it, ensure that the Find tab is selected and type in
the word in the Find what text box (Figure 3). Then click the Find Next
button, and it will locate the word in the document. You can then continue to
click the Find Next button to locate every instance of that word in the
document.

If you would like to
replace a word, select the Replace tab. You can then enter the word that you
would like to find and replace by typing the word in the Find what text box.
Then in the Replace with text box, enter the word that you would like to replace
it with. Once you have entered both words, select the Find Next button to locate
the word that you would like to find, and then to replace that word, select the
Replace button. To replace all of these words within the document, you can use
the Replace All button to replace all instances of this word (Figure 4).
