How to Insert a Picture - Word 2007 |

| To properly insert a Text Box into a Word document, ensure that the Insert tab
is selected and then select the Text Box icon (Figure 1). A window
will display with Text Box format options for you to choose from (Figure 2). Select the Text Box which you desire to use. Once you have selected
your desired Text Box, it will be inserted into your current working document. |

| You can then move the Text Box to your preferred location by moving the cursor
over the top of the Text Box until you see a four way cross arrow (Figure 3). Once you have moved the Text Box to the preferred location you can
then insert your desired text. You can then increase or decrease the size of the
Text Box by clicking and dragging the bi-directional arrow (Figure 4). |

| Then by clicking inside of the Text Box, the Text Box Tools formatting menu will
display (Figure 5). You can then select your desired formatting
settings. |

To insert a Picture into your current working document, ensure that the Insert
tab is selected and then select the Picture icon (Reference figure 1).

Once you have selected the Picture icon the Insert Picture window will then be
displayed. Along the left hand side there will be an area where you can scroll
to locate the picture that you want to insert into your current working
document. Select/highlight the picture and by doing this, the picture’s name
will display in the File name text box. Then select the Insert button to insert
the picture in your current working document (Reference figure 2).

If you wish to insert a picture from off the Internet, right click the picture.
A dropdown menu will display and select the Save Picture As…and save the picture
to your desired location (Reference figure 3).

You can then follow the above steps to insert the picture that you saved from
the Internet into your current working document.
