How to change Margin Size, Page Orientation and Change

Ensure that you have the Page Layout
tab selected, and then select the Margins button (Figure 1).

Upon
selecting the Margins button, a dropdown menu will appear in which you can
select one of the Margin options or you can customize your margins by selecting
the “Custom Margins…” at the bottom of the menu (Figure 2).

If you choose the Custom
Margins…option, the Page Setup window will display. You can then make your
desired Margins changes along with changing the Orientation layout of the
document. Once you have made all of your desired changes, select the OK button.
If you are not using standard Letter
paper, you can change the paper size but selecting the Custom Margins…option.
You can then select the desired paper type by selecting the Paper. Then under
the Paper size, select the appropriate paper size (Figure 4). After you
have made the necessary changes, select the OK button.

Margins…option. The Page Setup window will then be displayed and select the
Layout tab (Figure 5).

Sections section, you can select for the format to be continuous, New page, Odd
page, Even page, or New column. You can then make the necessary changes to any
headers and/or footers, Page alignment. Once you have made the necessary
changes, select the OK button. |
