How to Print an Envelope – Word 2007 |

To create an envelope with the
proper mailing address, select the Mailings tab. Then from the Mailings tab,
select the Envelopes icon (Figure 1).

Upon selecting the Envelopes icon,
the Envelopes and Labels window will display (Figure 2). In the Delivery
address text box and in the Return address text box, enter the desired addresses
(Figure 2).

Then by selecting the Options
button, you can then select the appropriate Envelope size, along with changing
the font type, size and location for both the Delivery address and the Return
address. To change the font type, size and location for the Delivery address,
select the Font button located under the Delivery address (Figure 3). The
Envelope Address window will display so that you can make the desired changes to
the font type and size (Figure 4). Then to change the font type, size and
location for the Return address, select the Font button located under the Return
address. The same window will be displayed that was displayed for the Envelope
Address (Figure 4).

After you have selected your desired
font type, size and location, select the Printing Options tab (Figure 5).
From that tab, you will be able to select the Feed method and Face up or Face
down for the Envelope. Once you have selected your desired Feed methods, select
the OK button. Then place the Envelope in the printer tray. Once you are ready
to print, select the Print button (Figure 6).

After selecting the Print button, you will receive a Microsoft Office Word popup
window asking you if you would like to save the return address as the default
return address. You can either select Yes or No (Figure 7).

Once you have selected either Yes or
No, an Untitled page will display with a preview of what your Envelope will look
like once it has been printed (Figure 8).

If you are pleased with the preview
of the Envelope, select the File menu and then the Print option (Figure 9).
The Printer window will display. Select the printer that you would like to print
to and select the Print button (Figure 10).
