How to Log On In the Classroom |
 |
|
All classroom computers are part of
the STARKSTATE domain and you must logon to use the computers in the classroom.
Faculty members need the
account information emailed to them from the academic network director. All
faculty members have the student account information printed on their class
rosters. Students
need three items to logon in the classroom: your username, your password, and
the domain name. Your
student username and password are determined by using the information you
provided to registration when you registered for classes.
- The domain name in the
classroom is STARKSTATE.
- Your username is the first
initial of your first name, your last name, and your two digit birth month and
your two digit birthday.
- For example, if you
registered as Robert Smith and your birthday is May 1, 1985, your user name
would be rsmith0501.
- Your password is the
first six digits of your social security number.
- For example, if your social
security number is 298-34-1234, your password would be 298341.
- Using the above example your
password information follows:
Username: rsmith0501
Password: 298341
Domain: STARKSTATE
