With concern for your health and safety, and in accordance with accepted standards, we follow universal precautions for all patients and we continuously monitor compliance. We have developed policies to provide a safe environment and to maintain the confidentiality of information pertaining to the heath status of each individual. By request, our written policy regarding bloodborne and infectious diseases is available to patients.
With concern for your privacy, we have a system in place to ensure that we maintain confidentiality of information for each patient. We may use information for educational purposes as specified on the patient registration/consent form. Any information that we request or send to any other health care professional or agency will be done so only with your explicit consent. We do not transmit information electronically.
