Students...

• Earn high school and college credit at the same time
• Attend these classes in the morning at the Stark State College main campus and then return to the high school for the remainder of the school day
• Should ask their high school guidance counselors for more information

Criteria for selection into Stark State’s dual enrollment honors program

• Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher
• Referrals from a high school guidance counselor and Advanced Placement (AP) teacher
• Passing scores for the COMPASS college placement test
• Attendance at a parent/student program information session
• Submission of a Dual Enrollment application to the high school guidance counselor
• Valid driver’s license or alternate transportation between Stark State’s main campus and the high school
• High school seniors but juniors considered if space is available
