SPRING 2010 REFUND SCHEDULE

* NOTE: For those classes meeting only once a week on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the 100% refund period will extend through the Tuesday after the first scheduled class.

This refund schedule is based on total tuition. For example, if a withdrawal is made from a course or courses during the 80% refund period the cost will be 20% of tuition. The cost will be deducted from the refund whether or not the tuition has been paid in full. All outstanding fees will be deducted prior to issuing of refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. The normal time period is 2 weeks. Please contact the Cashier’s Office if there are any questions concerning a refund.
 

16 Week Courses - beginning January 11, 2010

  • October 27, 2009 - January 19, 2010 - 100% refund
  • January 20, 2010 - January 22, 2010 - 80% refund
  • January 23, 2010 - February 2, 2010 - 60% refund
  • February 3, 2010 - February 8, 2010 - 40% refund
  • February 9, 2010 - May 9, 2010 - no refund

8 Week Courses - beginning January 11, 2010

  • October 27, 2009 - January 19, 2010 - 100% refund
  • January 20, 2010 - January 21, 2010 - 60% refund
  • January 22, 2010 - January 25, 2010 - 40% refund
  • January 26, 2010 - May 9, 2010 - no refund

8 Week Courses - Beginning March 8, 2010

  • October 27, 2009 - March 22, 2010 - 100% refund
  • March 23, 2010 - March 24, 2010  - 60% refund
  • March 25, 2010 - March 26, 2010 - 40% refund
  • March 27, 2010 - May 9, 2010 - no refund

Classes with a duration of less than 5 weeks will be refunded 100% through the first six days of the semester.  Thereafter there will be no refund.
