Six
easy steps to Spring 2009 enrollment |

| STEP 1 |
|
Complete
your Stark State College Application online at
www.starkstate.edu/apply by creating your personal account that will allow you to track your
application process. |
|

STEP 2 |
|
Submit a copy of your high school transcript or GED
certificate to the Registration Office. If you are transferring from another
college, you will need to submit a transcript from any college you have
attended. |
|
|
STEP 3 |
|
All students applying for financial aid
must complete the Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Information for completing the
FAFSA is available on our Web site
www.starkstate.edu/finaid. The 2008-2009
Financial Aid Information packet is available in the Financial Aid Office or
the Admissions Office, or by downloading it from the Financial Aid Home
Page. To speak with a Financial Aid Counselor, stop by the Financial Aid
Office or call 330-494-6170, Ext. 4301 for assistance. |

|
Make an appointment to take the Compass Placement Assessment.
Please contact the Admissions Office at 330-966-5450 or 1-800-797-8275 to
schedule a testing date and time. (Students who have completed the ACT test
within the last two years may submit their ACT scores to fulfill this
requirement.) |

STEP 5 |
|
Contact the Admissions Office

Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
to schedule and appointment with an Admissions Counselor. |
