Contacting the Help Desk and Hours of Operation

CONTACTING THE HELP DESK
The Stark State College Help Desk is available by phone, email, online work order and at the
walk-in counter in B219.

Before contacting the Help Desk, please be sure to review this page regarding the necessary information you will need to provide to the Help Desk staff.

HELP DESK SERVICES HOURS OF OPERATION

The following are the normal hours of operation for the Stark State College Help Desk. The Help Desk is closed on Sunday and on College-observed holidays.

Normal hours of operation (during semester sessions):

     Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
     Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
     Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Help Desk Services is closed on Sunday and College-observed holidays.
Between semesters the hours vary depending on SSCT hours of operation.
