Alpha of Ohio

The Alumni Association of the Ohio Region

The members of Alpha of Ohio Regional Alumni Association of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society of the Two-Year College associate themselves by continuing to uphold the purpose of Phi Theta Kappa; provide a continuing fellowship of Phi Theta Kappa members; and support the people, programs, and priorities of Phi Theta Kappa.

Alumni may continue to assist their two-year college chapters with the promotion of scholarship, leadership needs, service projects, and fellowship events.

Who can join Alpha of Ohio?

Members of Alpha of Ohio Regional Association must be either past members of any Phi Theta Kappa college chapter and reside within the Ohio Region or past members of an Ohio Region college chapter, without any respect to where they currently reside. dues are $15.00 ($5.00 - one-time to international and $10.00 - annual to Alpha of Ohio).

What is required of me?

You may participate in the Alumni Association as you see fit. Alpha of Ohio holds business meetings at each Ohio Region event (honors and leadership conferences) and an annual meeting at the Ohio Regional Convention to elect and install officers. Alpha of Ohio members may participate in breakout sessions and workshops hosted by the Association at Regional events.

What's in it for me?

In addition to continuing your Phi Theta Kappa experiences, there are many opportunities to assist the Chapters, Regions, and Phi Theta Kappa. Plus you get a cool Alpha of Ohio pin, for members only!
