Andrea Schumacher
I am a student at Stark State College, presently working toward a certificate in Medical Transcription. I say presently, because I am frequently “trying to decide” exactly what I want to do when I grow up. I love the medical field, but am not sure just where I want to be.
I moved back to Ohio from Virginia five years ago. I worked in Lynchburg Gen. Hospital ER as a Phlebotomist for four and a half years. After moving back here, I went back to dental assisting where I have been for the last three and a half years.
I have been married for nine and a half years to my very supportive husband Ted, I have two children, Kyle 20, and Kirstyn 17. We also have a “guest” Jesse 20 who lives with us.
This is my first student activity since attending SSTC, and I am excited about meeting people and being out in the community, trying to help others. I am a bit slow getting to my E-Mails due to a very hectic schedule, but feel free to contact me anytime, just to chat or if you need info or assistance. I will be glad to help.
