Martina Thomas-Catlin
My name is Martina Thomas-Catlin. I am the Beta Gamma Epsilon
chapter treasurer, Northeast Ohio District Representative, the 2008 Regional MVM
and Stark State College Student Government secretary. I am currently seeking my
associate degree in Administrative Information Technologies, Management and a
Bookkeeping Certificate. After I graduate, it is my desire to flourish in Human
Resources Management for a mid-sized company.
I have two children, Nicole and Matthew, whom I spend a lot of time
with indoors and outdoors. I am a family oriented person; I love camping,
gardening, swimming in our pool, water and downhill skiing and personal
development activities. I also have the privilege of volunteering at my church
(The Chapel) as an accountant each month.
As your chapter treasurer, it is my desire to bring continued
leadership to this position through various fundraising activities. I will be
open-minded to your ideas while working on a plethora of strategies for all of
us to grow and have this team leave a legacy. It is my aspiration for the Beta
Gamma Epsilon to be successful in many ways. Although new to this position, my
passion for Phi Theta Kappa is the key to a better and stronger organization.
