Payment Deadlines for Spring, Summer and Fall

Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after the payment deadline

  • SUMMER FINAL PAY DATE
    If you register between March 24, 2014 and May 30, 2014:
    PAYMENT IS DUE BY June 9, 2014 (MAIL IN PAYMENT DUE BY June 2, 2014)
    UNPAID LATE REGISTRATION SCHEDULES WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER June 9, 2014
  • FALL FINAL PAY DATE
    If you register between March 24, 2014 and August 22, 2014:
    PAYMENT IS DUE BY September 2, 2014 (MAIL IN PAYMENT DUE BY August 25, 2014)
    UNPAID LATE REGISTRATION SCHEDULES WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER September 2, 2014

Payment in Full

Payment of tuition and fees may be made in full online via mystarkstate, at the cashier’s window, by mail or deposited in the payment drop box on the third floor of the Student Services Building.

Fees may be paid with cash, check, money order, debit card, Visa/MasterCard/Discover card. Please do not send cash in the mail or drop box. If you are paying by mail, enclose the payment form with your payment. The amount of your bill is printed at the bottom of the registration confirmation or your student statement.

Financial Aid Students

If awarded federal and/or state financial aid covers 100% of your bill, it will automatically be posted against your account and you will be notified by the financial aid office. Payment is required if financial aid does not cover all tuition and fees. You must return this form along with your payment to the cashier’s window in person, by mail, or deposit it in the payment drop box (Student Services Building third floor).

Student Installment Payment Plan - SIPP

Payment of tuition and fees may be made on the installment plan (SIPP). Payments may be made online via mystarkstate, at the cashier’s window, by mail or deposited in the payment drop box on the third floor of the Student Services Building. Fees may be paid with cash, check, money order, debit card, Visa/MasterCard/Discover card. Please do not send cash in the mail or drop box. Follow these steps to calculate your first SIPP payment.

  1. Start with your tuition and fees balance (this amount is your total tuition and fees less any financial aid to which you are entitled).
  2. Add the installment fee of $20.
  3. Add the amounts in steps 1 and 2 and divide that number by 3, rounding to the nearest whole number.
  4. Write the amount from step 3 on the line titled SIPP PAYMENT 1 on the payment form.
  5. Sign the payment form and return it with your payment.
