Transcript Request

ONLINE Instructions for Requesting a Transcript from Stark State College:

1. Login to your mystarkstate account
2. Go to the "My Stuff" tab
3. Click on Request Official SSC Transcript link under the "Registration Tools" channel
   • Forget your user name and password, click here.

MAIL Instructions for Requesting a Transcript from Stark State College:

2. Print out the form
3. Fill in the fields
4. Sign and mail/fax the form to:

NOTE:

• Please allow 48 hours for your transcript to be processed
• All financial obligations must be reconciled prior to request being processed
• Use separate form for each different mailing address.
