The Fortisure scholarship is intended for full time students seeking an associate of applied science degree or associate of applied business degree in information technology for Stark State College.

Students are eligible who meet the following criteria

• Must finish with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Awarded a one-time $2,000 when a student achieves graduation in their approved degree field within 2 years or 4 semesters
• The highest achieving GPA students completing their degree will receive the following:
  1. $1,500 to the highest GPA of 3.5 or higher
  2. $1,250 to the second highest GPA of 3.5 or higher
  3. $1,000 to the third highest GPA of 3.5 or higher
  4. $750 to the fourth highest GPA of 3.5 or higher
  5. $500 for the fifth highest GPA of 3.5 or higher
