Dietetic technicians (DTRs) are registered professionals in the food and nutrition area working independently or as part of a team under the supervision of a registered dietitian. They work with people that need nutrition therapy to improve their health or prevent disease.

Dietary Manager

 

Dietary managers focus on food operations and managing people. Under the direction of a dietician, they assist with nutrition therapy, dietetics, employee management and food safety.
