I am getting an error message to update my script. What should I do?
This is more than likely caused by your Java being out of date. Many times when the script error appears there’s an ok button you can click to get into Blackboard.
Here is how to fix the issue:
1. Uninstall all old versions of Java: https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/remove_olderversions.xml
2. Install the newest version of Java: https://java.com/en/download/
3. Make sure your Firefox is up to date: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version
4. Restart your computer and try to log into blackboard
