Test Submission

I accidentally submitted my test before I was done. What do I do?

If you either accidentally submitted your test or were knocked out of your test due to network issues, you should follow the steps below.

  1. Contact your instructor. Your instructor is the ONLY one who can make a decision on issues related to your test.
  2. Check your instructor’s communication policy and wait a reasonable amount of time for a response.
  3. Check your course messages and your Gmail account for any communication from your instructor.
  4. If you do not hear back from your instructor within a reasonable amount of time, contact the help desk.
