New and current students get more than half off fall semester tuition at Stark State College

(North Canton, OH – April 6, 2021) – New and current students are eligible to receive a tuition award of more than 50 percent this fall at Stark State College.

The offer of $100 off each credit hour applies to any major, online or on campus.

“Stark State College wants to ensure this pandemic does not derail education for new and current students,” said Lada Gibson Shreve, Stark State provost and chief academic officer. “We are fortunate to be able to provide these tuition awards through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund to minimize the disruption to students from the COVID-19 pandemic, along with a wealth of academic and student support services.

“Even after this fall,” she said, “Stark State students will benefit from our quality education with small class sizes, caring professors and associate degrees that lead to rewarding careers and/or bachelor’s degrees at Stark State’s many partner universities in the region.”
