(North Canton, OH – March 1, 2021) – New and current students who pay for one Stark State College summer class can receive one free class (of equal or lesser value, up to six credit hours).
The priority application date is May 28. Summer class sessions begin June 7.
The offer applies to tuition only; students are responsible for textbooks and any other fees.
New students must apply and be accepted to the College and complete the 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid as well as a free tuition application. Current students who have enrolled and paid for two summer classes will receive a credit balance for one of the classes. College Credit Plus students and students choosing to audit classes for no credit are not eligible.
The free tuition initiative is funded by the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act – Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II.
