Stark State College to host Fortnite-themed STEM exploration

(North Canton, OH – Oct. 3, 2019) –  All students in grades 5-9 are invited to a free Fortnite-themed STEMnite, Stark State College’s annual interactive evening focusing on STEM programs: science, technology, engineering and math.

Hands-on activities and demonstrations are set for 5-8:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 in M100 at 6200 Frank Ave. For a free T-shirt, register by Oct. 10 at Food, chug jugs and door prizes also will be provided.

This Battle Royale is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to drop off participants. For parents and siblings who must stay on campus, a spot will be provided to learn more about STEM careers and College Credit Plus.
