WITHDRAWAL

After the first seven calendar days, students must obtain instructor’s, advisor’s or department chair’s signature and submit the registration add, drop or withdrawal form to the financial aid/registration office to process the withdrawal. W’s will appear on the transcript.

DROP

Students requesting permission to drop a course(s) in the first week of the semester, term, or session need the signature of either an instructor, department chair, academic advisor, or Gateway representative.  There is no academic penalty during the first seven days. Student’s are required to submit the registration add, drop or withdrawal form to the financial aid/registration office to process the withdrawal.
