CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FEE
A 3% card processing fee will be added to your total for payments made via debit/credit card. This fee has been instituted by card companies, it is not a Stark State College Fee.
REFUND POLICY
Workforce training students who wish to withdraw from classes must notify us at 330-494-6170 ext. 4887 two or more business days before the start of both online and/or face-to-face classes for a full refund. If course delivery has begun (online or face-to-face), a refund will not be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The College reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event the course is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
