Featured facilities
Business and Entrepreneurial Center
Stark State’s Business and Entrepreneurial Center is 47,708 square feet and three stories tall. The building offers classrooms, an 86-seat lecture hall, 3,300-square-foot atrium seating 285+, a 24-seat adjunct faculty office, 51 full-time faculty offices and more.
Gateway Admissions Center
Stark State’s Gateway Admissions Center is the College’s one-stop student services center that houses the admissions office, financial aid office, student advising, career development, veterans and military services, registration, testing areas and enrollment operations.
Health Sciences Building
The 48,092-square-foot building provides additional classrooms and instructional laboratories for Stark State’s health programs.
W.R. Timken Center for Information Technology
The 44,000-square-foot facility houses the College’s information technology programs.
Other locations
Advanced Technology Center
The Advanced Technology Center (ATC) houses the College’s W.R. Timken Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory, the high-demand culinary program and a few classrooms. The ATC is also home to the Stark County Educational Service Center.

Automotive Technology Center
The Automotive Technology Center, approximately 40,000 square feet, is designed to provide stand-alone support for the College’s automotive technology programs, GM ASEP, Toyota T-TEN, Honda PACT and more. It allows students enrolled in the automotive programs to take all requirements for an associate degree in automotive technology at this automotive training facility.

CDL Training Center
Opened in 2019, Stark State College’s CDL Training Center is a six-acre property located near Massillon Road. It offers CDL A, CDL B and HazMat training.

Downtown Canton Satellite Center
The Downtown Canton Satellite Center is home to our Lehman Early College High School program in partnership with Canton City Schools.

Timken Technology and Test Center
The original project was a joint venture between Stark State College and the Timken Company. The facility is now home to Stark State College’s law enforcement academy.

Welding and Joining Center – Akron
The Stark State College Akron Welding and Joining Center is a 7,500-square-foot facility designed to serve the Akron community’s need for highly trained welding professionals. The 17-booth center is located near Stark State College Akron.

Welding and Joining Center – main campus
The 4,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art welding center includes 14 bays, a materials-cutting area, robotics welding automation area, two classrooms and room for expansion.

Well Site Training Center
The 7,000-square-foot site focuses on developing the workforce needs of the growing oil and gas industry in the region. The training lab houses an indoor ShaleNET well site trainer.
