Program overview
Stark State’s Business Management program gives you a broad understanding of how businesses operate in today’s dynamic environment, with an emphasis on leadership, motivation, communication and team-building.
You’ll develop skills for decision-making and learn methods for setting strategic and tactical goals, planning and organizing activities, leading employees and controlling operations. The program is designed for those seeking entry-level management opportunities as well as current managers looking to advance their careers.
