Respiratory care

As a respiratory therapist, you will play an important part in any multidisciplinary health care team – working under the direction of a physician and taking care of patients of all ages with asthma, pneumonia, chest trauma, and other lung and heart diseases. On any given day, you could manage ventilators, monitor EKGs, and help with sleep studies and rehab, among other things.
