Dietary Manager – Certificate of Competency

Employment within the Dietary field, following the passage of the national certification examination for the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is a reported outcome for our accreditation. The outcome for the CDM is based upon the Certificate of Competency (CEC), not the associate degree. The licensure exam passage rate is reported from the Accreditation agency of the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP).
