New student orientation

Welcome

Welcome to Stark State College! We’re glad you’ve come where you spend less to earn more and go further.

Now that you’ve been admitted, you’ll need to attend student orientation before enrolling in classes. You can complete the orientation either on campus or online:

1: On-campus new student orientation

SUMMER and FALL 2026 ENROLLMENT ONLY

Choose an on-campus orientation that’s convenient for your schedule. Check the most recent line-up:

SPRING, SUMMER, or FALL ENROLLMENT

If you can’t make it to campus on any of those dates, complete the orientation online at starkstate.edu/nso.

Note: The required brief survey at the end of the online orientation will be used for feedback and to verify you completed the mandatory orientation process.

Note: If you’re a veteran or active duty military personnel using GI benefits, also check additional material at military services orientation.
