Request for Proposal:
Due June 30, 2026 by 5 p.m.
Stark State College is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified investment advisory firms. The College requires vendors to submit electronic proposals by 5 p.m. on June 30, 2026.
The selected firm will provide non-discretionary investment advisory services, including portfolio administration, market risk evaluation, and compliance with the College’s Investment Policy. Selection will be based on demonstrated competence and professional qualifications, noting that cost alone shall not be the determinative factor.
Beginning June 1, SSC is utilizing an electronic RFP process, and as such we require an email address to provide access to the RFP document. The email address will also be used if there are questions and answers about the RFP.
The College reserves the right to cancel the RFP or award no contract if deemed in its best interest. All responding firms are solely responsible for expenses incurred in preparing their proposals.
