Your pathway to a degree

You can start with a music production certificate, taking classes that directly apply to the associate degree in music production and engineering and covers the basics of music theory, digital audio recording and the studio environment.

Program learning outcomes

  • Demonstrate the ability to set up a project studio, professional studio, and concert venue for recording or live sound reinforcement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use commercial hardware and software to record, synthesize, mix, edit, and master audio for distribution through a variety of media.
