The Jump Start Video Series will help you make a successful transition into your first semester at Stark State. Our staff, faculty, administrators, and students provide guidance and advice to establish the foundation for your success by sharing with you what’s expected, how to be successful, and where to find key resources. This video series is not a repeat of your enrollment orientation; it builds on orientation to provide you with specific tools and resources to be a successful student.

How to participate:

1. Set aside about 45-60 minutes to watch all the informative videos below.
2. Complete the Jump Start Evaluation by clicking the button on the left column for your chance to win a new laptop computer. The evaluation closes on Jan. 25, 2026.
