NORTH CANTON, Ohio, Oct. 27, 2025 – Stark State College invites students, parents and adults looking for a new career to attend its upcoming fall open houses. The events take place from 5-7 p.m. on Nov. 6 at its main campus in North Canton at 6200 Frank Ave. NW in Jackson Township, or Nov. 12 at the College’s Akron location, 360 Perkins St.

Guests will talk with faculty and staff about the College’s 200-plus associate degrees and certificates, take a tour, learn about student services and resources, and more. Financial aid staff will also be on hand to help students and parents look at financial aid, submit FAFSA applications and discuss scholarship opportunities.
