I don’t see a course available that meets my current needs. Who can I contact for a Customized Training course?
Please contact Amy Donovan at (330) 494-6170 ext. 4735 or adonovan@starkstate.edu and she will connect you with the correct division for the course you are interested in creating.
I received a link to register my employees for a course, what now?
Please share this link with all employees who will be attending the course. This link helps us obtain the necessary and mandatory information to register your employees in our system.
What happens if one of my employees attends the course, but didn’t register with the link I provided them?
If your employee has not registered via the link you shared with them when they attend the first class of the course, they will be required to provide the information in person.
I want a course taught at my location. Is this a possibility?

REFUND POLICY
Workforce training students who wish to withdraw from classes must notify us at (330) 494-6170 ext. 4887 two or more business days before the start of both online and/or face-to-face classes for a full refund. If course delivery has begun (online or face-to-face), a refund will not be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The College reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event the course is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
