Prospective students invited to Discover Stark State College

(North Canton, OH – Oct. 19, 2023) – Two Discover Stark State events are set during November to help students find their best educational and career fit.

The events include three sessions between 5-7 p.m. on Nov. 2 at main campus at 6200 Frank Ave. NW in North Canton and Nov. 8 at 360 Perkins St. in Akron.

Prospective students and their families will

  • hear from the SSC president, faculty and staff about why Stark State is the best choice for an educational future
  • tour labs and classrooms specific to their areas of interest:
  • talk with career specialists and advisors about majors/career paths
  • ask questions, get help from admissions and financial aid experts
  • get a free T-shirt.
